【环球网财经讯】据深圳银保监局消息，深圳银保监局联合深圳人行、市知识产权局、市金融局印发《关于加强知识产权质押融资质物处置工作的通知》（下简称《通知》），围绕质物处置路径、处置机制、处置流程提出10条措施。据了解，《通知》一是鼓励银行业机构通过反向许可、交易拍卖、质权转股权、转移转化等形式进一步丰富知识产权质物处置渠道，促进知识产权市场化配置与交易流转。二是推动加强政、银、担工作协同，完善质物处置收益分配机制，动态跟踪在押专利、商标等知识产权法律状态，实现质物处置收益与市场行情、风险相匹配。

Following the explosion, local public security, fire and rescue, emergency management, housing and urban-rural development authorities formed a joint working group and immediately rushed to the scene to carry out emergency rescue operations.
As of Friday night, one person had been confirmed dead and two remained missing. Other injured people had been taken to hospital for treatment and none were in life-threatening condition. Search, rescue and cleanup operations at the site were still underway, according to the statement.
A preliminary investigation indicated that the explosion was suspected to have been caused by a tenant surnamed Wang illegally storing explosives used for illegal fishing at the property, the statement said.
Residents of nearby residential buildings have been properly accommodated, while an investigation into the cause of the accident and follow-up handling are proceeding in an orderly manner, according to the statement.
